1. General
These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all purchases made via our webshop . SM Elektronik AG Dornach.
By submitting an order, you expressly agree to these terms and conditions.
The online product offers are only valid as long as they are visible on the internet site and as long as the stock lasts. The illustrations shown on the internet page are for illustrative purposes only and are absolutely non-binding.

2. Prices
The price information shown on the website is available in Swiss Francs (CHF), Euro (EUR) and American Dollars (U.$. dollars). Payment for all orders for Switzerland is accepted exclusively in Swiss Francs. Orders for foreign countries can be paid either in CHF, EUR or US dollars via PayPal (credit card) or prepayment.

For Switzerland, all prices are subjet to 8.1% VAT, shipping costs and packaging costs are shown on the order.
However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the prices quoted on the order date are always valid for the products ordered by the customer.

3. Order
An order will only be shop.smelektronik.ch final character after it has been accepted by the webshop. By placing his order, the customer accepts these general terms and conditions completely and without limitation, to the exclusion of any other provisions or conditions.
The shop.smelektronik.ch reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer, especially if there are still older and open invoices. Most of the shipping takes place with Swiss Post. Delivery addresses to "mailbox only" or "post-storage" are not executed.

4. Terms of Payment
The price generated by the webshop based on an order is invoiced.
Orders for customers in Switzerland are delivered against invoice or prepayment, i.e. for new customers the first order is only executed against advance payment!
Our payment terms in Switzerland against invoice are: 10 days net.
Prepayment options can be found on the order under Order Information: UBS bank account in CHF, EURO and in US dollar with the corresponding IBAN number.
For customers outside Switzerland, a prepayment is required and the dispatch takes place after receipt of payment.

5. Complaints
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and to object to any defects or deviations from his order. These deviations must be communicated to us within the shortest possible time and at most within eight (8) working days after delivery by e-mail or post.
Transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier.
Incomplete packaging, in particular packaging opened or damaged by the customer, as well as soiled items, will not be taken back.
The right of withdrawal also applies to deliveries to the EU, see separately listed conditions.

6. Warranty provisions
For new goods, we grant the usual warranty conditions granted by the manufacturer. According to Swiss legislation, this guarantee usually lasts two (2) years, unless otherwise stated in the description of the goods.
For parts and goods "no longer in production" the warranty is one (1) week. The warranty starts with the receipt of the goods.
For used goods (second hand) we grant the same warranty conditions as for goods "no longer in production". As a rule, this is one week (1) after receipt, unless this is defined differently in the description of the goods.
You must also provide us with warranty claims in writing or by telephone within the warranty period. You will then receive instructions from us on what to do with the goods.
Please do not return the goods until you have contacted us. We disclaim further liability for any damage caused. The provisions of Swiss law (OR) apply here.
In the case of components for electronics, it is up to the customer to use them professionally.

7. Final Provisions
All legal relationships are subject to Swiss law. SM Elektronik AG with its webshop shop.smelektronik.ch reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions at any time.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the company.
